In order to allow our parking service to run smoothly, please arrive at our parking lot 2.5h before departure.
During your absence, your vehicle will be parked in our fenced, lighted parking lot at Mühlenfeld 27, 30853 Langenhagen.
If you wish, we will document the condition of your vehicle together with you upon arrival at our parking lot. Then park it in the parking space assigned to you.
If you have only booked a parking and shuttle service, it is not necessary to leave your vehicle keys. When booking additional services (fuel or washing service) please leave your vehicle keys with us.
You can of course cancel or change your parking space at any time by email. The following instructions must be observed: see GTC. If you have booked with one of our partner portals (Parkos, Parkinglist, Parkplatzvergleich), please change your reservation according to the information in the reservation confirmation. If you want to extend your reservation after the start of the trip, we charge a flat fee of
5€
per day.
Our shuttle service will take you safely to the airport 3.0 km away within a few minutes (6-8 min.).
We are informed about your arrival time. As soon as you have your luggage in your hands, please call us at +49151 2000 1216. Please proceed to the exit in the Terminal B departure area . A shuttle bus will be ready for you within a very short time.
We offer the following payment options:
Cash payment on site, card payment on site (EC + credit card).
We have booster seats available. Please indicate the number of children when booking. When arriving with small children, please follow our recommendation on the service page, under the item “Our service on the day of your trip”.
