General terms and conditions
1. scope and provider
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) regulate the contractual relationship between Park&Fly Hannover – Owner Carlo Blum (hereinafter referred to as Provider, Park & Fly Hannover ) and you ( hereinafter referred to as User, Customer), in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.
Deviating GTC of the user are rejected. Please read these terms carefully before using any service of the.

Parking service and transfer service near Hannover Airport.
2. conclusion of the contract
By ordering a paid service on our internet portal parkandflyhannover.de and by clicking the button “Order now with costs”, the user enters into a legally binding contractual relationship. The user will be informed about the respective chargeable service and the terms of payment before the conclusion of the contractual relationship.
The user must have reached the age of 18. If a third party makes the booking on behalf of the customer, this third party is liable to Park & Fly Hannover as the orderer, together with the customer as joint and several debtors for all obligations arising from the contract.
3. description of the scope of services and service provision
Park & Fly Hannover offers its users a parking permit for one car on private property near Hannover Airport.
Park & Fly Hannover offers its customers a transfer service from the parking lot Mühlenfeld 27, 30853 Langenhagen to Hannover Airport and from Hannover Airport to the parking lot Mühlenfeld 27, 30853 Langenhagen.
Park & Fly Hannover is obliged to keep the services booked by the user ready in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and to provide the agreed services. Park & Fly Hannover is not obliged to transport heavily intoxicated or rowdy persons, as well as persons showing conspicuous behavior. In this case, there is no claim for compensation or a claim for damages against Park & Fly Hannover or its vicarious agents.
Park & Fly Hannover offers its customers direct vehicle handover at the airport (VALET SERVICE). This service is additional chargeable to shuttle parking, see price list. The meeting point of the vehicle handover is always at TERMINAL B, DISCHARGE AREA.
4. prices and terms of payment
Any fee due shall be paid to Park & Fly Hannover in advance, at the time it is due, without deduction.
The User is obliged to pay the price for the agreed service, valid at the time of conclusion of the contract, immediately upon completion of the booking process or at the latest upon arrival at the parking lot. The agreed price includes the statutory value added tax.
By submitting the information required for the selected payment method and by using the paid service, the User expressly authorizes the Provider to collect the corresponding amount at the time of the booking.
A paid service is automatically renewed for the respective booked period ( subscription), unless it was canceled by email or in writing. The notice period is 30. days before the end of the contract period.
Fees for subscriptions are collected at the beginning of the contract term.
The following means of payment are currently available: Cash payment.
Certain payment methods may be excluded by the provider in individual cases.
In case of non-payment of the agreed fee, Park & Fly Hannover reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and not to provide the agreed services.

5. cancellation, rebooking, no-show and right of withdrawal, early/late return
The Provider grants its Users the right to exercise their right of withdrawal at any time. The following provisions must be observed.
Cancellations must be submitted to the provider in writing. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
The user may cancel the booked service free of charge by sending an email to info@parkandflyhannover.de at least 24 hours before the agreed start of the service. Only then Park & Fly Hannover waives contractual claims for compensation. The cancellation is then considered delivered as soon as the statement has reached Park & Fly Hannover. Already paid fees will be refunded immediately by the provider via the selected payment method.
For cancellations received after the free cancellation period, the provider will charge 50% of the booking amount. In the event of a no-show by the customer, the aforementioned cancellation regulations shall also apply.
The User undertakes to notify the Provider without delay of any changes to the booking data and any associated rebooking of the parking space. This applies in particular in the event of changed return travel dates. In the event of an unannounced change to the return flight, the user may have to accept longer waiting times for pick-up from Hannover Airport.
A parking reservation can be extended at any time. Park&Fly Hannover charges a daily flat rate of 4,00€ per day. This can be paid no later than the day of the return trip.
A refund of partial amounts in the event of early return, regardless of the reasons for this, is not provided by the provider and cannot be claimed by the customer.
6. liability and exclusion of liability of the provider
The use of the parking lot is at the risk of the renter. A guarding and custody contract is not concluded.
Park & Fly Hannover is liable according to the legal regulations for damages to their vehicle, which are based on intent and/or gross negligence of Park & Fly Hannover, their representatives or vicarious agents of Park & Fly Hannover. In the event of slight negligence, liability for damages shall only arise if this is attributable to a breach of a material contractual obligation or a cardinal obligation in a manner that endangers the purpose of the contract.
Park & Fly Hannover assumes no liability for the fact that for reasons that lie in the person of the customer, the actual service provision on site does not come about. This also applies expressly to a non-utilization of the booked services due to late arrival of the customer and for the arrival with oversized vehicles (vehicle width more than 2m, vehicle length more than 5m) without prior consultation with us.
Park & Fly Hannover is not liable for damages caused by force majeure as well as internal and external disturbances, natural phenomena, damages caused by animals or third parties. The parked vehicle is insured only through the user’s motor vehicle insurance. Park & Fly Hannover is also not liable for damages caused by acts of courtesy (jump-starting, parking assistance) of its employees and/or vicarious agents.
There is no liability claim against Park & Fly Hannover, in case of vehicle damage caused by other customers or third parties. Furthermore, Park & Fly Hannover is also not liable for vehicle damage that occurs to parked vehicles during the parking period, insofar as this damage has not been caused by Park & Fly Hannover intentionally or through gross negligence. Park & Fly is also not liable for accidents caused by the customer or his driver with property damage and/or personal injury on the premises. Park & Fly Hannover is also not liable for any damage that occurs to the customer’s luggage during the transfer.
Park & Fly Hannover will make every effort to transport the user to Hannover Airport in time for the notified departure time. The timeliness of arrival is not the subject of the contract. Claims for damages are excluded.
The user must assert his claims for damages against Park & Fly Hannover.de immediately before leaving the parking lot. After that, no further claims are to be asserted. A liability for consequential damages is excluded, as well as Park & Fly Hannover.de assumes no liability for objects left in the car.
Claims for damages by the user and Park & Fly Hannover.de are subject to the statute of limitations according to the legal regulations. We do not guarantee for errors caused by our booking program and will only pay for costs in the amount of the booking. Insofar as the liability of Park & Fly is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of Park & Fly’s employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
7 Liability of the user
The customer is liable for damages caused by the customer, his employees, his agents or accompanying persons intentionally or negligently to legal assets of Park & Fly Hannover or third parties on the company premises of Park & Fly, as well as for damages caused by persons or things brought onto the company premises of Park & Fly Hannover by himself, his employees, his agents or accompanying persons.
The customer is liable for all damages caused as a result of technical defects by the vehicle brought to the premises of Park & Fly Hannover by himself, his employees, his agents, his companions (family members) or third parties commissioned by him (e.g. oil loss, explosion), regardless of fault. This also applies if such defects have not been included in the condition report on the vehicle or were previously unknown.
Regardless of fault, the user is liable for all damages caused by technical defects of the vehicle parked by him or by third parties on the premises of Park & Fly Hannover.de (e.g. oil loss, explosion), even if such defects were not recorded in the condition report of the vehicle at the time of takeover to the parking lot, or were previously unknown.
8. final provisions
Contract language is German. German law applies.
We reserve the right to make changes to our GTC’s at any time. Should individual provisions be or become invalid or incorrect, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Otherwise, the statutory provisions apply.
These terms and conditions are constantly updated and adapted.
